Installing the BallerCam App

The BallerCam app is required to film, stream, manage, and share your games. It’s available as a free download in the iOS App Store.

💡 Please note: You don’t need a subscription to film, stream, score, upload, or use BallerCam’s core features, and viewers never need a subscription to watch games.

Who Can Use the BallerCam App?

Creators (iPhone Required)

Creators are the people who film, stream, and manage games using the BallerCam device.

To be a Creator, you must:

• Use an iPhone (iPhone 13 Pro or newer)
   
• Download the BallerCam app
   
• Have an BallerCam account to unlock filming, scoring, uploading, and sharing features
   

The BallerCam app is iOS-only. Creators cannot film games using Android devices, iPads, or desktop computers.

Viewers (Any Device)

Anyone can view BallerCam-produced games, whether or not they have the app.

• Viewing with the BallerCam app (recommended for iOS users) We recommend iPhone users download the BallerCam app for the best viewing experience. In-app viewing makes it easier to find your team, get game alerts, and access replays quickly.
   
• Viewing on web or mobile web Livestreams and replays can also be viewed on any device using a standard web browser — including Android phones, tablets, and desktop computers.
   
• Live streams Livestreams are fully open. No account or app is required to watch.
   

• Replays Replays are available on web, mobile web, and in the BallerCam app. To access replays, viewers must create a free BallerCam account.
   

   

Downloading the BallerCam App

The BallerCam app is free to download from the Apple iOS App Store. Search for “BallerCam” in the App Store or follow this link: [Insert Download Link]

Setting Up Your BallerCam Account

When you open the app for the first time, you’ll need to:

1. Sign up for a BallerCam account using your email address

    

   
    

2. Log in with your new account credentials

There is no need to choose whether you are a Creator or a Viewer. Many people will use BallerCam in both ways.

If you plan to film games, you’ll need to purchase a BallerCam subscription.   You can do this when you purchase your BallerCam or you can do it later from inside the app.  This is needed to unlock filming and streaming features.
