Installing the BallerCam App

🎥 What Device Do I Need to Film?

To film with BallerCam, you'll need a supported iPhone.

BallerCam currently supports iPhone 13 Pro and newer compatible models.

The standard iPhone 13 and earlier iPhones are not supported for filming.

Android phones, iPads, and desktop computers cannot currently be used as the primary BallerCam filming device. 

You can use an older supported iPhone or iPad as a secondary scoring device. It must support the BallerCam app, and the scorekeeper must have Keep Score permission for the team.

The iPhone 13 Pro or newer requirement applies to filming, not secondary-device scoring.

👤 Create an Account or Sign In

If you’re new to BallerCam, create a free account using your email address and an active phone number.

Already have a BallerCam account? Sign in to your existing account to continue setup.

If you purchased BallerCam from our website, use the email address associated with your purchase during activation. If your purchase has not activated, you can use that purchase email to recover activation without creating another account or registering your phone number again.

If activation reports that your purchase is already linked to another account, or recovery does not resolve the issue, contact BallerCam Support with your purchase email and order details. Do not create another account or register your phone number again to retry activation.

🚀 Choose What You Want to Do

When getting started, BallerCam asks what you'd like to do:

• Film Your Team
• Follow Your Team

This helps BallerCam guide you through the setup that's most relevant to you.

🎥 If You Choose Film Your Team

Select Film Your Team if you'll be setting up and filming games for a team.

BallerCam will guide you through the steps needed to get ready, which may include:

1. Activating your BallerCam
2. Creating your team
3. Building your roster
4. Scheduling or filming your first game

If your website purchase is not recognized during activation, use the email address from your order to recover it. Continue using your existing BallerCam account.

You may also see a setup checklist on Home to help you track your progress.

Once your setup is complete, you can use BallerCam to:

• Film games
• Livestream
• Keep score
• Manage your team and roster
• Upload recordings
• Create and share clips
• Review games and player performances

👥 If You Choose Follow Your Team

Select Follow Your Team if you primarily want to join and follow an existing team.

BallerCam will guide you through joining a team using an available team invite link or team code.

Once connected to your team, your available features depend on your role and permissions.

🧭 Navigating the App

After setup, the main BallerCam navigation is organized into:

• Home
• Teams
• Profile

Home

Your personalized Home can show content such as:

• Live games
• Recently filmed games
• Upcoming games
• Latest games
• Clips and highlights
• Favorite athletes

Teams

Use Teams to view the teams you manage or follow.

You can also use the + button to create or join a team.

Profile

Use Profile to access your account and related options.

💳 Do I Need a Subscription?

You do not need to purchase a paid subscription to use BallerCam's core features.

The included Base Plan provides access to core BallerCam features, including filming, livestreaming, scoring, clipping, and cloud storage.

Paid plans are optional if you need:

• More cloud storage
• Additional Premium features

The Pro Plan also includes Premium features such as:

• RTMP
• Logo Overlay

👀 Watching BallerCam Games

You don't need to film games to use BallerCam.

Fans, family members, and other viewers can watch BallerCam content from supported devices.

Livestreams

A non-private livestream can be watched through its direct link without creating a BallerCam account or installing the app.

Replays

Replays can be watched through:

• The BallerCam app
• A mobile web browser
• A desktop web browser

A free BallerCam account is required to access replays.

📱 Can I Watch on Android, iPad, or a Computer?

Yes.

While filming with BallerCam requires a supported iPhone, viewers can access BallerCam games through a standard web browser on devices such as:

• Android phones
• iPads and other tablets
• Desktop and laptop computers

iPhone users can also use the BallerCam app for easier access to teams, alerts, and replays.

• The BallerCam app is free to download from the Apple App Store.
