BallerCam Subscriptions – Plans, Pricing, and How It Works

BallerCam keeps subscriptions simple. You do not need a subscription to use BallerCam’s core features. Every BallerCam device includes a Base Plan, and paid plans are optional if you need more cloud storage or access to additional Premium features.

We follow one rule:
Unlimited teams, viewers, sports, and users — with all plans including the same core BallerCam features.

🎮 What Does BallerCam Include?

All BallerCam plans (Base, Starter, and Pro) include access to the same core features:

• Live scoring
  Score games in real time using your iPhone. The scoreboard appears live on the stream and is saved in replays.

• 180° interactive viewer
  Focus on any player anywhere on the court or field with a full sideline-to-sideline view.

• Video clipping
  Create and share highlights using simple, built-in clipping tools.

• Auto highlights
  Scoring plays are automatically clipped so you can relive and share them easily.

All plans include unlimited filming*. Storage capacity varies by plan, and the Pro Plan also includes additional Premium features.

📡 RTMP

Stream any of your games to an external destination using RTMP, including YouTube, Facebook, or a custom external server.

You can set a default RTMP destination for a team or customize the destination for each individual stream.

🖼️ Logo Overlay

Add a custom team or organization logo overlay to your streams and recordings.

The logo overlay is currently included when a recording is downloaded. We’ll soon be releasing an additional Premium option that will allow you to disable the overlay on downloaded videos.

*Unlimited filming is subject to fair use and available storage.

⏳ When Does Billing Start?

Base Plan: No billing — it’s included with your BallerCam.

Starter or Pro Plans: Billing starts on the day you upgrade to a paid plan.

All paid plans are billed annually and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

🛠️ Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime inside the BallerCam app:

• Tap Your Account > Manage Plan

  
   

• You can purchase or upgrade a subscription directly in the BallerCam app.

• For full subscription management—such as canceling your plan or updating your payment details—you’ll be redirected to BallerCam Web, where you’ll be automatically logged into our subscription portal (powered by Seal Subscriptions).

• A subscription is not required to film, stream, score, upload, or use BallerCam’s core features.

• Viewers never need a subscription to watch games.

• All plans include the same core BallerCam features.

• Paid plans provide additional cloud storage.

• The Pro Plan also includes Premium features: RTMP and Logo Overlay.

• You can upgrade anytime if your storage needs grow or you want access to Pro Premium features.
