Yes — just use "Record Only" mode, which works without any internet connection. The game will be saved locally to your iPhone, and you can upload it later in the BallerCam app over WiFi so others can watch the replay.
If you’ll have zero internet access at the venue, just make sure you’re already logged into the BallerCam app ahead of time, as the app needs to verify your account before recording.
