Is there a warranty on BallerCam?

All BallerCam hardware is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. That means if something stops working during normal use — not due to drops, misuse, or environmental damage — we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer a refund at our discretion.

A few helpful notes:

• Accidents (like a tripod tipping over in the wind) aren’t covered, though we understand it can be frustrating.
  
   
• "Normal use" means filming games the way BallerCam was designed — securely mounted, safely operated, and following our setup guidance.
  
   
• You’ll need your original order number and to send the device back for inspection before we can approve any replacement or repair.
