BallerCam records at 30 frames per second (FPS). This is the standard frame rate for livestreaming and provides a great balance between smooth motion and efficient file sizes. You cannot currently adjust this setting.
We know some advanced users may prefer 60 FPS for ultra-smooth playback, but 30 FPS is the optimal choice for our current mix of streaming reliability, mobile performance, battery life, and file size — especially when filming long games on iPhones.
As our platform evolves, we may explore adding options for alternate frame rates in the future.
