Can I use an iPad to film instead of an iPhone?

No. iPads are not supported for filming with BallerCam. Filming requires a supported iPhone 13 Pro or newer, BallerCam hardware, and the correct phone adapter.

🎥 Why Is an iPhone Required?

BallerCam hardware is designed to hold specific iPhone models and align their cameras with the BallerCam lens.

An iPad cannot be used in place of the filming iPhone.

📲 Can I Use My iPad to Keep Score?

Yes. A supported iPad running the BallerCam app can keep score while a separate iPhone films the game.

Older supported iPads can be used for scoring. The filming iPhone minimum does not apply to secondary scoring devices.

The scorekeeper must:

• Sign in to the BallerCam app.
• Be connected to the correct team.
• Have Keep Score permission.
• Use a reliable internet connection for live scoring.

Once the game is underway, find it on Global Home and tap Keep Score.
