What exactly are storage hours in the subscription terms?

Storage hours refer to how many hours of video you've uploaded to the BallerCam Cloud. This is an annual limit, not monthly.

Uploading is optional, but recommended — it clears up space on your iPhone and gives your viewers access to the highest-quality (1080p HD) version of the game. Without uploading, livestreamed games stay in lower quality (720p), and record-only games won’t be viewable at all unless you upload.

To manage your storage hour total, you can:

• Choose not to upload certain games
  
   
• Or delete games from your library at any time
  
   

Just remember: if you plan to delete, make sure to download any videos you want to keep first — once deleted, they’re gone from the system.
