Yes, both the creator (filmer) and any official fans or members of the team can download games after they end. The quality and timing just depend on a few details:

For Creators:

• Livestreams:
  • In the app: Immediate download in 1080p HD
  • On computer: Immediate download in 720p; 1080p available after upload to the BallerCam cloud

   

• Record-Only Games (not livestreamed):
  • In the app: Immediate download in 1080p HD
