Who owns the footage I capture on BallerCam?

You do. As the creator, you retain full ownership of your footage and can download or delete it from BallerCam at any time.

However, by using the platform, you also grant BallerCam a limited license to use that footage—for example, to display it on the platform, create highlight clips, and (if needed) promote or improve the service. This is similar to how platforms like YouTube operate.
