BallerCam currently costs $299 for the hardware.

Every BallerCam includes the Base Plan at no additional cost, so you do not need to purchase a paid subscription to start filming, livestreaming, scoring, or sharing games. Paid plans are optional and provide additional cloud storage, while the Pro Plan also includes Premium features.

Starter is an optional paid plan for customers who need more cloud storage.

Starter does not limit you to a certain number of filming hours per month. The main difference from Base is the larger total cloud-storage allowance.

Pro provides BallerCam's largest current storage allowance and Premium features.

📡 RTMP Streaming

With Pro, you can send supported BallerCam livestreams to external destinations such as:

• YouTube
• Facebook
• A custom RTMP server

You can configure RTMP for a team or for an individual livestream. 

🖼️ Logo Overlay

Pro also includes Logo Overlay, which lets you add a team or organization logo to supported streams and recordings.

You can save logos for your team and choose which logo to display for individual games. 

☁️ How Does Cloud Storage Work?

BallerCam plans are based primarily on total cloud-storage capacity.

That means:

• Base can store up to 20 hours
• Starter can store up to 100 hours
• Pro can store up to 250 hours

These are total cloud-storage limits, not monthly filming limits.

For example, if your Base Plan currently has 15 hours of uploaded games stored in BallerCam Cloud, you have approximately 5 hours of storage remaining.

You can free up storage by deleting games you no longer need or upgrade to a plan with more storage.

🎥 Is Filming Limited by My Plan?

All three current plans include unlimited filming, subject to fair use and available storage.

Your plan determines how much footage you can keep in BallerCam Cloud—not how many teams you can create or how many games you're allowed to film.

👥 Are There Extra Charges for Teams or Viewers?

No.

BallerCam's current plans include:

• Unlimited teams
• Unlimited users
• Unlimited viewers
• Unlimited supported sports

You don't pay additional subscription fees simply because more people watch your games or because you use BallerCam with multiple teams.

👀 Do Viewers Have to Pay?

No.

Family members, friends, players, and other viewers do not need to purchase a paid BallerCam subscription simply to watch your livestreams or replays.

BallerCam plans are associated with the filming team's storage and Premium-feature needs.

🧾 What Would My First-Year Cost Be?

Your first-year cost depends on which plan you choose.

Optional accessories, taxes, shipping where applicable, and additional adapters are separate.

📐 Are Tripods Included?

A tripod is not included with the standard BallerCam package and is sold separately.

A tripod is strongly recommended for a stable filming setup.

Current BallerCam accessory options include:

• 80" Ultra-Portable Tripod — $79
• 15' Outdoor Tripod — $199

You can also use a compatible third-party tripod.

📱 What If I Need Another iPhone Adapter?

Each BallerCam includes one adapter for the compatible iPhone model you select.

Additional adapters are currently available for $19 each.

This can be useful if different people will use different compatible iPhone models with the same BallerCam.

If you're purchasing multiple BallerCam units for a:
