RTMP lets you send a BallerCam livestream to supported external streaming destinations such as:

• YouTube
• Facebook
• A custom external server

You can configure an RTMP destination for a team or for an individual livestream.

RTMP is included with the Pro Plan.

Logo Overlay lets you add your team or organization's logo to BallerCam streams and recordings.

You can configure your logos from team settings or choose them when setting up an individual game.

💾 What Happens If My Cloud Storage Is Full?

If you reach your plan's cloud-storage limit, you can:

Reaching your cloud-storage limit does not mean your BallerCam hardware stops working. You'll simply need available cloud space before storing additional uploaded recordings.

No.

Viewers do not need a paid BallerCam subscription to watch games.

A paid plan is associated with the BallerCam filming and storage experience—not with charging viewers to watch your content.

⏳ When Does Billing Start?

Base Plan

There is no paid billing for Base because it's included with BallerCam.

Starter or Pro

Billing begins on the day you upgrade to the paid plan.

Paid plans are billed annually and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
