Scheduling games in advance is a great way to prepare for filming and easily share upcoming game links with your team, members, and fans. It also gives you a faster, more organized workflow on game day.
Why Schedule a Game?
- Quickly start your stream on-site without re-entering team info.
- Share the game link in advance with fans, family, and other teams.
- Get push notifications 24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled start time.
- You can schedule as many games in the app as you’d like. There’s no limit.
- Note: BallerCam does not currently offer a way to mass import a schedule. Games must be added one by one.

You’ll see three options:
- Schedule Game
- Live Stream (+ record)
- Record
Tap “Schedule Game” to begin.
Step 3: Enter Game Details
You’ll be prompted to fill in:

Step 4: Your Scheduled Game is Ready
- The game will now appear in the middle of your Home tab for easy access.
- You can start the game at any time — even before the scheduled start time.
- Scheduled start times are primarily for organization, reminders, and sharing — BallerCam gives you full control to begin streaming whenever you’re ready.
Step 5: Share the Game Link (Optional)
- Tap the Share icon next to the scheduled game to send the game link to your team, family, or anyone who wants to watch.
- Fans and Members will also get a push notification when the game officially goes live if they’ve joined your team.
- Note: Fans and Members will not receive a notification when you schedule the game — they are only notified when the stream actually starts.
Step 6: Edit or Delete (If Needed)
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top right of the scheduled game card.
- From here, you can:
- Edit game details
- Delete the game

Key Reminders:
- Push notifications will be sent to you (the creator) 24 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Fans and Members will only receive a push notification when the game officially goes live — not when it’s scheduled.
- You must still manually start the stream — it will not auto-start based on the scheduled time.
- You can start your scheduled game at any time, including early if you need to.
- You can schedule as many games as you’d like. There’s currently no mass import option — games must be added one by one.
