When you film with BallerCam, there are two types of storage to understand:
- Local storage on your iPhone (space available on your phone)
- BallerCam Cloud storage tied to your subscription (space on BallerTV’s servers)
This article focuses on BallerCam Cloud storage — what it is, how it works, and what happens when you hit your limits.
What is BallerCam Cloud Storage?
Every BallerCam subscription includes:
- Unlimited filming (hours you can film each month).
- Monthly filming limitations are subject to our Fair Use Policy.
- Monthly filming limitations are subject to our Fair Use Policy.
- A total cloud storage limit (maximum hours you can store in the BallerCam cloud)
These cloud storage hours are completely separate from the space available on your iPhone.
Subscription Storage Limits

What Happens If You Hit the Limits?
Total Cloud Storage Limit
- If you exceed your total cloud storage limit, you won’t be able to upload new games to the cloud until you either:
- Free up space by deleting previously uploaded games
- Upgrade to a higher storage plan
- Free up space by deleting previously uploaded games
How to Check Your Storage Usage
You can monitor your total cloud storage usage in the BallerCam app’s Settings.
